We are committed to getting you your fuel all winter long. But cold weather poses obvious challenges, which is why we ask our customers to “clear the way” to their fuel tank after it snows.
Our drivers are experts at maneuvering their trucks, but safety codes prohibit us from navigating our vehicles on slippery driveways. That’s why we request that you remove snow and ice from your driveway when a delivery is scheduled.
If you are an automatic delivery customer, we will work around the weather as much as possible, and do our best to deliver your fuel when conditions are optimal. Automatic deliveries also reduce the risk of a runout. If you prefer to call for deliveries, tell us when your oil tank level falls to the one quarter mark or your propane tank reaches 30%.
