After nearly 20 years as a customer-service representative at our company, Jessica Light knows a thing or two about getting through a tough winter.
She answers phone calls, distributes delivery orders to drivers, and takes care of a lot of other tasks in between.
“We have a great team here,” she says. “It helps so much when you’re all able to work together like that. There’s one driver who’s been here almost 40 years, so he really knows what to expect and has a lot of knowledge to share with us all.”
This winter was busier than usual for Jessica and the rest of our team.
“Everybody stepped up with answering phones and getting people taken care of as quickly as we could,” she says. “We never want to see somebody without any heat — ever.”
